- For information on Registro Nacional Migratório (RNM) [National Migration Registry], check out our PROPG’s website.
- For information on how to issue your Certidão de Refugiados e Solicitantes de Refúgio, check out the official government website that is reponsible for this service.
- The registry for foreigners in our Cadastro de Pessoa Física (CPF) can only be requested through the official website.

UFSC also offers two different courses targeting Poruguese learning for foreigners:
– NEPLAc UFSC: offers Rodamundo, a course that focuses on refugees who want to learn the language and get certified for legal purposes regarding visas and residency.
– NUPLE UFSC: Portuguese courses for any person who would like to learn the language. There is a registration fee.
Brazilian Ministry of Education offers a free online Portuguese course for foreigners through Plataforma Aprenda.
